About Club Travelmall
1. Are there any fees for being a member of Club Travelmall?
No, the only requirement is that you have previously made a booking with Travelmall.
2. When is the 5% discount applicable?
On all Travelmall "Pre-paid Rates" worldwide (these rates appear in the green section and no further discount applies). Occasionally a hotel will require pre-payment directly to themselves in which case the discount does not apply.
3. When is the 10% discount applicable?
10% discount off all "Travelmall Discount Rates" when booking hotels/tours/car hire in Australia and New Zealand (except rail). These rates appear in the blue section. These rates are booked with the assistance of one of our travel consultants based in Australia. If you book 5 nights or more we will increase this discount to 12%.
4. If I sign up for Club Travelmall and then decide that I no longer want to be a member, how do I end my subscription?
